• Hardware is the physical parts of a computer and the software that provides instructions for the hardware to accomplish tasks. The boundary between hardware and software is connected through firmware software that is built in to the hardware.

•In Computer system, following hardware components are available to perform various task

🤜Motherboard: It is the biggest electronics circuit board inside the computer system which holds the CPU, main memory and other parts, and has slot for expansion cards.     

  

🤜SMPS (Switch Mode power supply): It convert the alternating current into direct current and provides current to the entire computer.

🤜Storage controllers: Storage controllers of IDE, SCSI or other type, that control hard disc, floppy disc, CD-ROM and other drives; the controller sit directly on the motherboard or on expansion cards.

🤜Graphic controller: It producers the output for the monitor.

🤜Interface controllers: Interface controllers (parallel, serial, USB, Firewire) to connect the computer to external peripheral devices such as printers or scanners.
